Today on Identity Crisis I interviewed my grandmother, Mary Shepherd. She was always shy as a kid and never really socialized with anyone. In this, she learned a lot about the black culture and ended up marrying a man in the late 80’s and 90s. I decided to ask her a few questions about any struggles they may have faced being an interracial couple.

I think this was great to give more insight into the older generations view on the African american community during the late. I liked the way you told the story with a baseline explanation in the beginning and then delving deeper into how the situation played out. I liked the writing style you guys went for it really added to the story telling. The music was interesting could have been toned back in some areas. The vocals were crisp and clear, I really enjoyed listening the lady talk about her talk about the situation.
