On November 23^rd, the Carmel Clay School Board hosted another monthly meeting. These meetings are open to the public and anyone is allowed to attend. This meeting had several interesting points of discussion, including the recognition of several artists in Carmel’s schools. WHJE’s own Dan Burkhard reports on the meeting.
