Really great interview, loved the whole aspect of how running with a larger team really helps with getting to know everyone on the team. The questions asked were really well done as well, I even had to stop and think for my self on some of the question and try to put myself in that position with 150 runners and really trying to feel how difficult it must be to stand out in a group so large.
