Emmy is a very good, engaging and interesting host! This podcast was very informative as I had no idea about what happened to Dorothy Scott until listening. I find the letters Emmy received from someone claiming to love her and then hate her very eerie. I theorize that she had a co-worker as a stalker; the one who wrote the letters was responsible for her untimely death. This is such a sad and common case; women being victims of men´s sick desire and paying the price.
I think the theory of her co-worker being her stalker is the most plausible answer for her disappearance. As Emmy stated; Dorothy lived a quiet, simple life. None of her daily activities would have taken her to a place that would warrant such a stalker; so the stalker must have been watching her from the beginning without her knowledge. Which is why I believe her abductor was her coworker. I sincerely hope Dorothy rests in peace and wish the best for her family. I admire this podcast for addressing her case and telling her story despite it occurring long ago. even if cases remain unsolved they should never be forgotten!
