Here’s a recap of the first annual Rileython 2020, a week dedicated to Riley Children’s Hospital. Our very own, Jess Cooper, created this event to spread awareness and help kids at Riley! WHJE is For The Kids!
Those featured in this event are:
The Trent Family interviewed by Neharika Palivela:
Tyler Trent was 15 when he was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. He was 19 and a Purdue student when cancer took his life. He has left a legacy across the nation, raising over 2.6 million dollars dedicated to cancer research. In this interview, Neharika Palivela interviews the Trent family.
The Symmes Family Interviewed by Charlie Maurer and Spencer Pickering:
The Symmes family lost their daughter Caroline to Wilhms Tumor when she was only 5 years old. Now, there is a foundation in Caroline’s name dedicated to funding for pediatric research. In this interview, Spencer Pickering and Charlie Maurer interview her parents, David, and Elizabeth Symmes
The Ohmer Family (Marley) interviewed by Charlie Maurer and Spencer Pickering:
