Currently unsolved, the Freeway Phantom Serial Killings have gone unsolved for over 50 years and are growing colder every year. While investigators have come and gone on the case, the lack of concern has left families without answers, and has left internet sleuths and authors to help fill the gaps in search of the answer: who was the Phantom?
