I’m literally now just learning more about Fidel Castro in my U.S History class with the cold war, Cuban missile crisis and all that. For Castro, I’ve learned about a story how the U.S tried to poison him in a milkshake since he had such a love for dairy but all the assassination attempts ended up failing. Definitely pretty interesting.

I really like in-depth the topic goes into How Castro liked dairy, and how it had an impact on the nation of Cuba. It also gives us listeners into how Castro generally was as a person.

It’s so interesting to learn that Fidel Castro was a dairy lover too! The whole idea of how he would eat dairy daily is crazy and the lengths he would go to get it. Love this!

I like that the podcaster establish the difference in ice cream serving of Fidel Castro and a person. And how Fidel Castro made the cows feel home by putting cold ac into a farm area.

It’s so interesting how you were able to take an infamous dictator from history and completely change the way I’ll look at him forever. From this point on, I will never be able to hear the name Fidel Castro without remembering how he has an addiction to ice cream. Fun and super educational! Thank you so much!

I think this podcast was crazy interesting. I learned that Fidel Castro was so addicted to ice cream, cows, and anything to do with dairy/ things that produce dairy. I enjoyed learning about this crazy man and his love for dairy. Your podcast are the best.

Something this person did very well was to repeat that Castro love milk and ice cream a lot. And to compare how much Castro and a normal person could eat ice cream.

This is pretty crazy. I had no idea about this before I heard this podcast. Fidel really spent a lot of money just on dairy production.

Yeah there is some sort of issue with the soundproofing, there are clearly audible voices in the background for most of the podcast, Still really entertaining though. Keep it up, Ryan!

Until after this podcast, i had no idea that Fidel Castro was insanely addicted to ice cream and that he tried to make Cuba a dairy powerhouse and that he would eat ice cream after every meal and throw fits if it was not up to his standards.
