Hello, my name is Ryan Earl. This is my final year here at WHJE and I’m looking to make it count and produce some great podcasts for Historical Hiccups.

I really liked this podcast! It was very entertaining, and something I had never heard of before. I liked how you explained the purposes of each animal, because it added to the story, by giving it more background. I appreciated the strong and confident voice throughout the piece.

I love how he exaggerates his voice when he talks about the penguin being in the army of Norway. I also like how he talks about people that have tried to find good animals to fight with the armies.

This was such an interesting podcast to listen to! Ryan did a great job coming up with a new idea and i loved learning about wartime animals- because it’s not something you’d typically think of, and his delivery was great.

This podcast is one of my favorites on WHJE because it’s the weirdest history that you can find and I find it very interesting. Ryan also does a great job with the background music levels and the voice over work!

I really like this story about the bear and how in its honor they built a statue and gave it a rank.

I really liked how you told the very specific and surprisingly story of each of these animals. Especially when you almost sound surprised when reading off Neil’s accomplishments. I really liked the different music for each animal because I believe it set the mood for all three different animals. I think it’s really interesting how you chose to do a podcast over this obscure, yet phenomenal topic. I can tell that your script and plan for this episode was very well thought out, so I am going to use that in my later projects.
