I enjoyed how Katia inserts anecdotes from her own life to encourage the interviewees to continue to talk.
Throughout the interview they talked about a bunch of different topics but the transitions between them were flawless. Some of the topics I saw this in was when they said that the most universal dish in china across all provinces is moon cakes for the moon cake festival and also when they turned to the more serious topics of politics and such.
