It’s Day 2 of The Homecoming Herald, we are blasting off towards the most important day of the year! On this Tuesday we have Generation Day where CHS students are expecting to wear clothes based off their favorite generation. Marcus Greython had this to say about his 80’s Inspired get up. “My parents grew up in the 80’s so they had a lot of experience.” The 80’s have become a very famous outfit because of the influx of pop-culture with shows like Stranger Things and Hollywood Movies like IT have romanticized the decade.
On the other hand, Katie Neglia and Zoey Hornback threw their hat (or wig) into the ring with their Colonial inspired fashion. “We’re the president and Vice president of Accents.” Said Hornback. “So we dressed up as the first presidents (George Washington) and Vice President.” (John Adams)
It has been an amazing day full of inspiring outfits and style. Just remember Greyhounds that tomorrow is Character Day, so dress up as your favorite cartoon character or icon from your childhood!
