About the Contributors
Parsa Mahmoudi is a third year in Carmel High School and this is second year working with WHJE. He works in the live show department and has two live shows, “Lore Among the Code” with MJ Martell, and “Talkie Talks” with Ollie Chesterfield. They are super cool and awesome live shows, and we recommend you listen to them on the website. Aside from WHJE, Parsa likes art/animation, playing video games, and yapping about his interests.
MJ Martell is a third year radio student at Carmel High School. As a staff member for WHJE, Martell is apart of the newscasters for the WHJE afternoon news bulletin, and is a co-host for the live show, “Lore Among the Code,” with Parsa Mahmoudi where they discuss the lore and stories behind video games. Martell has also worked on a variety of radio dramas for the station, and hopes to create many more in their future time at the station. Their most recent drama was an adaption of Mary Howitt’s poem, “The Spider and The Fly,” with inspiration from Tony DiTerlizzi’s illustrations, which they directed, wrote, and edited with Sam Falkenstein.

Great show! I really enjoyed your guys feedback on the topic and how you feed off of each others ideas. In the future I would love if you would start the show by explaining overall what you are all about and the content your show will contain. Overall great job and i really enjoyed the show.
