Thank you to those who donated $91.30 or more to WHJE’s Radiothon, becoming a part of the 91.3 Club! Their generosity enables the station to maintain the areas which are not covered by the District’s budget. The most notable items are the specialist mobile broadcast units used for live sports broadcasts, the WHJE website, and the funding needed to enter staff members’ work for state and national awards. Without this extra funding we would not be able to maintain high quality broadcasts and our fine record of being awarded the IBS ‘Best High School Radio Station in the Nation’ trophy three times in the last four years.
