Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at WHJE! This year we have so much to be grateful for. A big thank you to everyone who donated to Radiothon; our daily listeners; and especially our new 91.3 club members! 

Before school broke for the holidays, WHJE staff members shared why they themselves are thankful for WHJE. MJ Martell, host of Lore Among the Code responded with “I am thankful for all of the amazing people I have met through WHJE that I wouldn’t have met otherwise. I am thankful for the opportunities that I have been granted that allow me to improve my work and change how I see the world around me. And I am also thankful for my co-host, who does sometimes get on my nerves, but helps me make our live show the best it can be”

Podcast host of Let’s Be Honest, Ava Heldman said “coming from a private k-12 school and knowing no one at Carmel, taking radio has allowed me to break out of my shell in the past few years. The new friends and connections I’ve made in the WHJE staff team have meant so much to me and I have WHJE to thank! I’m so glad I decided to join the staff and allow myself to learn new things and new people. Thank you WHJE!”
