Carmel vs. Evansville Varsity Girls Basketball

Hi, my name is Evan Bardos and this will be my 4th year in radio. This coming year I will be the second-year manager. In general, you will see me helping out the newer students with radio. Other than that, I enjoy being a part of the sports department where I broadcast many sports over the school year. I am also a part of the live show The Sideline Cast where I discuss football and basketball. Outside of radio, I play club soccer as well as high school soccer. I am very excited for this upcoming year and if you have any questions about radio, please feel free to ask me.

Will Engledow is going to be a senior this year and will be a Beats Manager along with Gavin Snyder. Will will also be doing social media graphics on the WHJE Sports Instagram account. Will is super excited to be a manager as well as being a part of his sports talk show with the Starting 5. The Starting 5 will be talking about all things sports ranging from the NFL, NBA, the NCAA, and more. Will will also be a part of the varsity football broadcast crew coming this fall, as host 1. You can also catch Will doing many other broadcasts like soccer and lacrosse. Will is excited to bring big changes to the station and keep Carmel updated on all things sports. Outside of radio, Will is a lifeguard at the Monon and loves watching all Indiana sports.

Cooper Sanders is a senior in his 4th year of radio and has been appointed as sports manager for this school year! Cooper has a variety of different things in radio that keeps him busy, but his absolute favorite thing is broadcasting varsity sports with his co-managers, such as Carmel football and basketball or even swimming. Another thing that he enjoys is his weekly live shows, The Starting 5 and The Sideline Cast, where he talks about all things sports. Although he accomplished his main goal in becoming sports manager, he still has big expectations for himself as he is looking to win a national and state award this year. Throughout the year, Cooper plans on passing on his knowledge to the juniors and sophomores so that the station is in the best sport possible when he leaves. Outside of radio, you can catch him being a Carmel dads club coach and player in the fall, and supporting the Colts and Pacers.
