Hi my name is Reilly Sweeney and I am a junior and I’m in the sports department. I am also a swimmer here at Carmel high school and I look forward to my 3rd year in radio.

Gavin Snyder, currently a junior, will be going into his third year with WHJE. Gavin hopes to continue to do more sports broadcasts with the station, including hopefully his first football broadcast. When he’s not travelling for broadcasts, you might hear Gavin in the studio, as he has two shows: The Starting 5 and The Sideline Cast. Outside of WHJE, you might spot Gavin on stage in the auditorium, as he is current a Cellist in the Carmel Orchestra. This year, Gavin hopes to win his first WHJE award and maybe receive some national awards on top of that.

Hi, my name is Charlie Dein and I am a junior at CHS and I am entering my third year in WHJE and second year as a staff member. In my first year as a staff member on WHJE I was a member of the sports department, and did broadcasts for many sports including Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, Baseball, and Softball. I have a live show with fellow staff members Cooper Sanders, Nate Auch, Reilly Sweeney, and Gavin Snyder In my second year as a staff member I look forward to being able to do more sports broadcasts and start doing football broadcasts. I also look forward to possibly being a sports manager next year and improving the station.

Nate Auch, an experienced professional in sports-related live shows and a co-host of The Starting 5. Started on 91.3 WHJE as a junior in high school and is looking to continue in radio in college. He has been a member of 2 different shows, Next Man Up and The Starting 5. Nate has also ventured into the sports broadcast department, and has broadcasted 2 soccer games. His goal is to gain confidence while on air, improve production quality, and make more friendships through radio.
