I’m not a runner. Like at all. But I really enjoyed this podcast. I liked the reasons you made the podcast. I felt like you really wanted to share why you chose this topic.

I used to do XC in middle school, and this perspective matches the way i viewed XC. This podcast is great to listen to especially on morning runs. Very entertaining!

Thanks for a section on the Track and XC part of Chs, it’s really interesting to learn about the sport that a lot of people overlook but is for sure one of the most interesting.

I liked how you talked about the past, present, and future of cross-country in this podcast. Also, it is interesting to hear about a sport that is not very talked about in high school. All in all a very good and interesting podcast.
