Although it’s not a huge problem in Carmel, homelessness plays a huge role in the lives of over a million people throughout the United States. Through the perspective of 3 different homeless men staying at Wheeler Mission, you will learn what some of the daily struggles are for the homeless. Wheeler Mission is located in downtown Indianapolis. Program Director at Wheeler’s Shelter for Men, Gary Conrad and one of the case managers, Keith Ligan also elaborate on what they do at the shelter.
