Carmel vs. Hamilton Southeastern Varsity Boys Soccer 8/20

Thomas Biltimier and KC Stephens

On the afternoon of August 20th, the Carmel Greyhounds faced off against an in-county rival, the Hamilton Southeastern Royals. Kickoff was at 1:00 pm and both teams started slowly as the first goal of the game and all of the action started to happen with ten minutes left in the first half. It was Will Latham who got the Game started for the hounds with the first goal on a one-on-one opportunity against the goalkeeper and converted. Then, there was thunder and lightning and after about an hour of no soccer we started the second half and it was all Hamilton Southeastern. The Hounds were shut out while the Royals put two goals on the board scoring the winning goal in the last five minutes, keeping the hounds winless and moving to 0-2-2 on the season.

Thomas Biltimier and KC Stephens on the call.
