Welcome to our second ever Food For Thought Show featured for Rileython! In this show Talia, Haley, Bella, Cat, and Cate all bring different comfort foods to try while raising money for WHJE’s annual Rileython to support children at Riley Children’s Hospital.
Food For Thought – Ep. 2
Haley Corsaro is a sophomore at Carmel High School in her second year of radio. She’s 15 and does dance at Metropolitan Youth Ballet and has been dancing for more than 10 years. In her free time, she plays guitar, does photography, and loves listening to music, especially from Green Day and Gracie Abrams. She’s looking forward to a great year in sports and WHJE radio!
Bella Dowell is a second-year radio student, and she is super excited to be part of the radio staff for the first time! She loves working with others to make fun shows and projects. She also cannot wait for more experience going live on air. In her free time, she plays soccer and is on the high school soccer team. She plays the piano as well. She loves hanging out with friends, especially going swimming in the summer. Bella can’t wait for radio this year!
Cat Cuomo is a sophomore, and this is her first year on WHJE staff. She enjoys every type of music— all except for country and heavy metal! She loves running and baking in her free time, and is super excited for her first year on staff!
Cate Falkenstein is a sophomore, and this is her first year on staff for WHJE. She is a golfer on the high school JV team and caddies at Woodland Country Club. Cate enjoys reading, cooking, eating food, hanging out with friends, and a multitude of other things. She looks forward to an exciting first year at WHJE.
Talia Fine is a sophomore and is a first-year member of the WHJE staff! From a very young age, Talia has always loved music. She’s always had a wide range of music knowledge and taste. She enjoys listening to Coldplay, Noah Kahan, Billie Eilish, Frank Ocean, and The Beatles. When she’s not busy with radio, she enjoys hanging out with friends, dancing, baking, and spending time with her family. She also is a member of Carmel High School’s
repertory theater and participates in the choral department. Talia’s excited to share her love for music with WHJE listeners and show her bubbly personality to the world!
