Aaron Guevaras, a senior at Carmel High, will take on the role of Romeo Montague this February from the fourth to the sixth. In the span of ten minutes, we talked about how he prepares for a role, some of his regrets through high school, and experiences he’s had with characters that are almost comically different from his personality, along with other experiences he’s had in previous shows. In this interview, Aaron also reveals that ‘Romeo and Juliet’ may be his last show performance, but will definitely be his last leading role in Carmel High School.
