The Ludicrously Improvised Vocal Entertainment Show – Ep 1
As a senior in high school and a fourth-year radio student, MJ Martell is thrilled to be one of the three live show managers at WHJE for the 25-26 academic school year. For WHJE, MJ is the host of two different live shows. One of them is The Serial Rundown, where they give you a rundown on important news stories from the past week, and The Ludicrously Improvised Vocal Entertainment Show, a show where a wide variety of people come onto the station and play improv games live for everyone to hear. When not at WHJE, MJ enjoys playing video games for Carmel High School’s Esports team, beating their friends in Mario Kart, and watching movies. MJ is so excited to have a management position at the station, and cannot wait to see what fantastic things the staff members at WHJE will get up to this year!
Parsa Mahmoudi is a senior at CHS and a fourth year at WHJE. For the past two years, they’ve been co-hosts on live shows Lore Among the Code with MJ Martell and Talkie Talks with Ollie Chesterfield; however, this year, they’ll be a part of two new shows. They’ll be co-hosting Turn-Based with Ollie Chesterfield and will be a part of LIVE with MJ Martell. Outside of the station, they enjoy drawing, playing music, and playing video games.
Camilla Morris is a junior, music lover, and professional oddity lover. She yaps about different alternative bands on her podcast, The Altcast, and specializes in punk, emo, and metal subjects. When she is not in the station, she is a bassist and singer, with dreams of becoming a punk icon and a side gig as a radio host. It’s her second year on WHJE’s amazing staff team, and she is excited for the opportunities that can happen for her and the station.
