Mia loves all kinds of music from heavy metal and rock to soft and quiet game soundtracks other than country. She loves to crochet and enjoys drawing realistic art which has been featured in many school art shows. She takes pride in music and has been in choir for 7 years. She is also excited to continue doing live shows on the station!

As a senior in high school and a fourth-year radio student, MJ Martell is thrilled to be one of the three live show managers at WHJE for the 25-26 academic school year. For WHJE, MJ is the host of two different live shows. One of them is The Serial Rundown, where they give you a rundown on important news stories from the past week, and The Ludicrously Improvised Vocal Entertainment Show, a show where a wide variety of people come onto the station and play improv games live for everyone to hear. When not at WHJE, MJ enjoys playing video games for Carmel High School’s Esports team, beating their friends in Mario Kart, and watching movies. MJ is so excited to have a management position at the station, and cannot wait to see what fantastic things the staff members at WHJE will get up to this year!
